Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at hello@skaep.co.za and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
